What are you most proud of? To learn all the traditional methods used to sew this beatifull garment. I have sewn the Bunad for my daughter and my self, and now I am sewing for my son and my husband.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use lots of time looking and learning all the methods, and trying them out before you start cutting and sewing the very expensive cloth.

Thank you!

Hi, this looks fantastic! I'm thinking about sewing myself a Rogalandsbunad (I'm a girl), but I'm not living in Norway at the moment, so I'm having a hard time figuring out where to start, as there's obviously no husfliden store to get a pattern from! I wondered if you had any tips?
