What was your inspiration?
My boyfriend loves to target practice, He had a ton of extra casings just sitting around.
I just started my etsy shop and have been trying to come up with some unique items for my shop. All of the sudded "poof" the idea came to me. Bullet earrings! He wasn't going to use his casings and I wanted to make something unique. PERFECT!
What are you most proud of?
That I actually came up with the idea. Then come to realize there are many different bullet earrings out there. Oh well, I still came up with the idea without seeing it before :)
I haven't seen any made with a copper wire )
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure to clean the casings! You want all the dust off of them before you make the earrings.
