We made 6 layers of chocolate cake in a 9 x 12 pan, stacked them with Peanut Butter Buttercreme between each layer let it sit in the refrigerator about an hour then with a sharp serated knife I started carving. Parts that I carved off was used for the feet and some on the face that I attched with the buttercreme. Once happy with my shape I covered it in a thin coat of the buttercreme and refrigerated until I had my Chocopan rolled out. I them covered him completely and used my Ball tool and my fingers to get the contours and character. We mad the tail. nose and spiked collar out of chocpan and painted them and let them dry while I airbrushed his accents.
