What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make a knitting project bag with some heft to it. This bag is currently holding over 1200 yards of fingering weight yarn, 3 sets of wooden needles and an 11 page knitting pattern.
Please excuse my lack of ironing of the lining.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Sewing the bottom to the sides was more difficult than I anticipated, as I had the side fabric on top and bottom fabric underneath. The next time I make this bag, I will try having the side fabric underneath and see if that makes easing the fabric easier.
