A classic Buche de Noel.
Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake:
Butter, chocolate, sugar, eggs and cake flour
Looks great, sure it was tasty too. I made a Buche de Noel several years ago, even fashioned the box from cardboard to transport it. We were traveling north to celebrate Christmas, the snow was coming down fast. Long story short, we never made it. : ( The best part, though, was we got to eat it ourselves over several days.
