What was your inspiration?
I tend to be more of a black and white kind of gal, and my mom wears lots of brown, so I wanted to create something for women that wear a lot of warm colors.
What are you most proud of?
That I have beaded more than 2,500 tiny beads together to create a unique and magnificent piece of art.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
To be very patient, as it can take about an inch an hour as a beginner, so it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It gets a little faster when you've had some practice, but it's still very time consuming. For me it's a labor of love.
