What are you most proud of? That I can do it! I love adding new techniques!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the class all the way through and take video notes for the stitches you want to do!

I am making a broomstick scarf also. I am surprised at how fast it goes once you get used to using a knitting needle and crochet hook. You are doing a great job.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS PATTERN FOR THE LAST 24 YEARS. 31 YEARS AGO MY MOTHER'S FRIEND MADE A BABY BLANKET FOR MY INFANT DAUGHTER USING BROOMSTICK LACE. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, USING WHITE, YELLOW & GREEN BABY YARNS. AT THE TIME, I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS GOING TO BE A "SHE". ANY WAY, IT GOT STOLEN IN A HOUSE ROBBERY. ALL "GOOD" BABY BLANKETS GOT STOLEN, INCLUDING THIS ONE. EVER SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE PATTERN. I DID NOT KNOW THE NAME OF THE STITCH. I WANTED TO MAKE A BLANKET FOR HER, FOR MEMORIES, EVEN THOUGH, IT ISN'T THE ORIGINAL. NOW I HAVE THE NAME, AND THE STITCH!! HOW WONDERFUL. SOON I WILL COME FULL CIRCLE!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
