What was your inspiration?
I dressed this doll as part of a holiday project to give dolls to underprivileged children in my local community.
What are you most proud of?
Altering the pattern to fit this doll (she's a different size, tho it was pretty close). I am also thrilled to be able to participate in the charity aspect of this project!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This dress is not recommended if you're a novice. the pattern itself is wonderful, the directions had missing steps and some unclear instructions. For an intermediate or above, it can be easily constructed using the pattern and your own knowledge of garment construction.
