Materials
Custom crafted all wedding decor using twigs, ribbon, tulle, sunflowers and Spanish Moss. Made all the bridesmaids dresses. Refurbished the brides gown (was her mothers from the 70's and it was stained and had different trim that I changed to modernize the look). Made a bridal cape and her hairpiece (crown).
What was your inspiration?
My cousin, the tree-hugging hippie. Her love of nature and sunflowers and sentimental love of her parents.
What are you most proud of?
How completely thrilled she was at how everything turned out.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Find your skill set and challenge yourself. Ask for help or look things up if needed. One little project at a time = a very special final product.
