What are you most proud of? My little character.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Plan ahead. I use Autodesk 123D software (free) to design the shape for my cakes. I can print a screen capture and then sketch in details by hand. I know exactly what size each tier should be and how the over all cake will look. Also, there are a lot of horizonal and vertical lines to this cake. Use a level often. Things that look straight, like the towers can be just a touch off from the thickness of the fondant covering or a not quite straight cut to the pieces of PVC.

Too cute for words. Just adorable. I'll bet Breanna loved this cake. It's definitely "too nice to slice!"

I really love this. A hexagonal cake is a great idea too.
