Instructions

Using the formulas, I have figured the amounts I want to cook. 30oz flour (1/3 whole wheat) makes 4 small 12 oz loaves plus 2 3.5 oz rolls , or 2 large loafs and 2-4 rolls. 20 oz flour makes 1 small & 1 large boule. Freeze half.

My son said good days construction. Freeze some, gift some, eat the rest
