Bread And Hamburg Buns Turned Out Great But The Mini Brioche Looked Great Going In The Oven But Coming Out They Looked Like This. Any Suggestions? The Custard Came Out Yummy I Have Not Used It Yet.

Hi Kindigdm! Your brioche has beautiful color and shape. But it does look like the brioche a tete lost their heads! :)) It happens when you don't press down really really hard with your fingers when making the heads. Take a look at the video again and do you see how my fingers really push to the bottom of the mold? If I didn't do that my brioche head would bake out. Also see how when I karate chop the roll to make the little head how I really stretch out the neck? That is also to ensure that the little head doesn't bake out. Try it again!! I can't wait to see what else you make. Great job!! Joanne
