What are you most proud of? That the crust was crispy outside and soft inside.

What kinds of toppings did you use? I see hard-boiled egg, how interesting!

Hi Tempeth. Thanks for the comment. This is a very typical topping in Brazi. It's called the "Portuguese Pizza (Pizza Portuguesa)". The toppings are: cheese, onions, olives and yes: hard-boiled eggs. Some variatious also include ham.

Thanks for the comment. We eat this pizza every Saturday. Peter's crust is much better than the one I used to do.

The pizzas I had in Brazil were like squishing Wonder Bread into a pizza pan and topping with ketchup, mayo, corn, chopped eggs, and sliced hot dogs. Your's looks MUCH better!

Hi Dave, I am sorry you had a bad experience with Pizza in Brazil. Fortunately I never had a pizza like you described. We have really really good restaurants for pizza but they are basically in Sao Paulo capital. Your pizza looks delicious.
