What was your inspiration?

My daughters babysit a brother and sister. Well, sister is easy to sew for, dresses, which she loves!
Brother I end up making flannel pants. I found this dog print fabric and had to make him something fun.
I don't know how fun p.j.'s are to a four yr old. But i know he loves dogs.

What are you most proud of?

I really enjoy how this p.j. pattern turns out. It is very traditional in that either a boy or a girl could wear, depending on the fabric chosen. However, there are so many cuter girl patterns for p.j.s that I save this one for the little guy.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Maybe the button holes gave me some trouble. As the front it folded over with the big pleat to put in buttons.
I made these over a yr ago so I don't recall much trouble now.

So great - love the look - hard to make boys things but more fabric choices than in the old days, that's for sure.
