What was your inspiration?
expecting mom bought the booties and wanted a cake to mimic the booties. So we handmade the booties out of gumpaste and thought the buttons worked very well with the overall cake.
What are you most proud of?
The bootie work, they were difficult at first.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
have fun first, and always pay attention to the details. It is better to have your inspiration in front of you so you can refer back to it as much as needed.
