I bought "Bar Mop Towels" at Wal-mart and just used fusible pellon on the appliques. For the bowling ball traced around a small paper plate-for the holes in the bowling ball-traced around a spool of thread. Found the bowling pin online(as a freebie). Then just did a blanket stitch around each item. These are gifts for my bowling team for Christmas.
What was your inspiration?
one other team had these except they didn't have the bowling pin. I thought that added an extra touch.
What are you most proud of?
Just being able to complete things.

very easy if you have any sewing experience-
