What was your inspiration?
The bread turned out well. I tried sourdoughs before but they were really difficult. I like the instructor's teaching videos, as I was watching during baking. I had a hard time slicing the dough after final fermentation, thus the bread didn't puff up to max at the end. However, we are really enjoying the smell and the taste of the bread! This was a wonderful experience!
