What are you most proud of? That the breads had more irregular holes than the ones I made previously, that they were bouncy but crunchy outside, and of course, that the fact that they were the labor of love.

Thanks! I actually have done many Gluten-Free breads, but none so far that I'm satisfied with. It's a different animal altogether, IMO, just because of the science behind it. Concept is the same. Recipes are all over online - you should pick the simplest one & work on it 'til you master it. GF biscuits are fairly easy & always come out well, but I just don't have the recipe here. Good Luck!
