100% cotton yarn, plastic button

What was your inspiration?

I find zip-lock bags work great for ice-packs, but you can't place them right next to the skin. I used to wrap them in a towel, but that was awkward. So I went looking online for a crochet solution. I whipped up one of the little booboo buddies and was hooked. I made more, then enlarged the size for bigger children or bigger booboos.

What are you most proud of?

They've been "liked" and repinned on Pinterest, my newest online addiction.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

It takes such a small amount of yarn to make each booboo buddy, you'll love using up your cotton yarn leftovers. Or make multiples from a single skein of yarn and give them away as gifts or to friends.
