What was your inspiration?
I had some remnants of the Star Wars fabric after making a bowling shirt for my fella. I decided to whip up a bustier top and make good use of the pieces.
What are you most proud of?
As this was my second time using the course, I was able to construct the bodice much quicker than my first time. I definitely plan on using it again to stash-bust a lot of small quantities of fabric that I just can't let go of.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure you have all your materials before you begin. It can kill your momentum when you realize at the last moment that you've forgotten a vital notion.
