What was your inspiration?

motion--fabric needed to have a feeling of motion to it.

What are you most proud of?

that I stepped out of my comfort zone and habit of doing 'matching" fabric

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I think this is Craftsy most fun class. Hope they do it again next year. Amy is great. Even if you just found it, go ahead and do it.

thank you..........motion is the theme for this quilt. I picked out fabric based on a feeling of motion to it, not whether it matched or not. So totally out of my comfort zone, but I'm liking then end result. Have to step out of the comfort zone more often!

I like the movement with the striped fabric. I was eagerly awaiting 10/1 but see that the course materials are already available. Whoohoo!

thanks, didn't have much of that striped fabric left but managed to find enough--woohoo. Had a moment tho when I realized I was a smidge too small to cover out to the seam allowance.

thanks, it so fun to see all the difference fabrics and colors choices and how different the blocks all look. I keep having those "why didn't I think of that" moments whenever I'm going thru the class pictures.
