What advice would you give someone starting this project? You can always change things up and don't have to follow a pattern design, but make your own changes to it.

Wow, the swirling fabric that you used for the dresden block attracts my eye every time I look at this. It appears to be a flower with so much movement. It's amazing to me how a fabric choice influences the pattern. Do you love it too?

I do and bought several yards of it when I saw it. I also used it as a border on my black & white green with envy quilt I posted.
