Thank-you very much. I read once that when creating a quilt it should encorporate light, medium, and dark color values. I try to do this whenever possible. It's not so much the colors that i look at so much but the intensity of the colors. For the BOM I consider my white fabric as the light and then try to encorporate both medium and dark color values in as many of the blocks as I can. Even if none of the colors are really "dark" some are more intense than others.
