100% cotton - sashings are plain dark purple and border fabric is a splotchy mid purple with blue and black

What was your inspiration?

Amy, BOM class and fellow Craftsy addicts!

What are you most proud of?

I made this!!!! I am making my blocks in to 2 smaller lap sized quilts... 1 down, 1 to go. I can't do any more on this one until #2 top is pieced so I can see what fabric is left over for backings.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Go for it!

Thanks Judy! Well aren't you lucky you're not on this side of the world, coz Winter is over here (well supposedly but one does have to wonder at the mo) so you've got a bit more time up your sleeve.
