It looks really lovely - you could make it into a table mat or a cushion cover if you wanted to! The quilting is excellent!

I really like your little practice projects - great idea before starting the big quilt. Quilting is really great - I think you're ready!

Yesterday I bought a walking foot, I would like to use this a bit and then tackle the big BOM. ( I've let go of a Christmas deadline.)

I have my blocks sitting in the corner just looking at me telling me "when are you going to quilt me?" lol.....I used Leahs fmq on a different quilt, and havent had time to do the same with my blocks. I love your idea. I think I am going to make them into potholders for Christmas. Thanks for your idea.

I'm very thankful that I have started small. I am now confident with a few stitches and others I know I will not try on my first quilt yet.

This looks great!!! It is helpful to see what others are doing! Thanks for sharing! I am saving my BOM blocks until after the holidays... but I did (finally) get brave and tried out my walking foot and FMfoot.... it was fun! Starting small is the way to go! Good Job!
