What are you most proud of? This is the first blocks made on my new sewing machine. This new machine scares me to death - didn't start off too well with it keep clogging up with thread. Finally mastered it and so pleased I've completed the first of many - I hope!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? You really need to use just under a 1/4 inch seem. My first block isn't quite big enough as I used a qtr seem, but hope it will be ok when I sew it all together. (if not I will be making another nearer the time :o) )

Love your blocks -- I have found even using a scant 1/4" seam is sometimes not enough to make it 12 1/2 square.
