I like your red in the middle. I read once that the traditional log cabin block always had red in the middle. The log cabin signifies your home and the red signifies your heart or love at the centre of your home.

Like the colors. I saw the same white background fabric at Joanns. Ended up getting a little bit different white print.

Thanks. I actually picked up a good sized piece of the white in the remnant bin at Joanne's. I figured, white is white, if I can get it cheaper, why not?
