What was your inspiration?

BOM Class

What are you most proud of?

That they came out very close to the 12 1/2 measurement. this tells me I am getting better with my 1/4 inch sewing.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Enjoy the learning experience. I really liked compareing each method of making the triangles and playing with the fabric choices.I got to thinking about some of the beautiful quilts I have seen and would not start because of the half squares involved. Now I know I am going to be doing some of those beautiful quilts and wall hangings and have them for myself :).

Thanks . It is actually quilt backing sort of a splotchy gold. It was 108 inches wide and on sale so I bought enough to do several quilt backs that I just haven't gotten around to doing so I thought this project would be a very good use for it.I am loving this class also.
