Like so many other commenters, I love the fabrics you used! Just gorgeous!

I do love Kaffe fabrics, hard to go wrong with them.

You've done it again! Fantastic!

Thank you Jean, what a nice thing to say!

I love the fabrics too but I am most impressed with the fussy cutting the "lightning" streak through that night sky. very clever

Time for a confession...no fussy cutting, I had made up several hexies a while a go, these were in my box and lined up interestingly, so it was just by chance, no planning on my part.

I just love your fabrics. I've made 9 or so for the first block and they are BORING. Will have to rethink. I have a black paisley background and it looks great on other blocks, but this one? Not so much. I took three hexies off the group after I sewed them on.......shows you how obsessive I am.

That could be fun, a paisley! Just play with it! Serendipity!!!

I'm so impressed by the way you've taken your fabrics and seen a picture in them - the moon, the ground, the lightning - and have made it all come to life. I'm looking forward to making these particular blocks as I haven't a clue how they're done and won't let myself read the notes or look at the video lesson until I get to it! (Got a long way to go, though - it's October and I've just completed January today!)

So fun Patz...you will have a ball, can't wait to see all your blocks!
