What materials did you use? Used cotton fabric, most of which I already had on hand.

What are you most proud of? First four blocks posted a few months ago. Finished piecing last block this week. Wanted to get that part finished as soon as possible. Now to finish the quilt. This is largest thing I have ever done. I have done wall hangings and table runner in past .

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Keep at it even if life gets in the way (as it did more than once for me while working on this project).

Looks wonderful. What color fabric are you using for the sashing and border?

I haven't decided on sashing and border fabric yet. I think something bright to go with the bright colors. What do you think? Your input would be appreciated. I don't have anything on hand at the moment, and the closest store with any quilting fabric is 20 miles away. I bought Leah Days's FMQ tutorial and am thinking about quilting the blocks individually, This is my first quilt and I don't feel confident enough to put the top together and then quilt it even though I have been sewing 59 or 60 years.
