This block has me scared to even try it!! I moved in May and got so far behind on my quilting..... finally getting to it now. I did my May blocks fine. The June LeMoyne Star gave me a hard time (see my whole 'drama' above!) I did my August/September basket and altered it my own little way but the tumbling block has me scared to the bone. Congrats on the great job!! I will try it. I will try it. I will try it............ lol

I had decided in July to make a tumbling block quilt for my new great grand baby, but couldn't find a pattern anywhere. I too was behind on the craftsy class and hadn't checked in for awhile. Long story short, with the help of a YouTube video, a link from a lady in Switzerland and a 60 degree ruler I owned and had never used I managed to make the middle of the baby quilt without a pattern. Then last week I find out the July block is tumbling blocks. Believe me, it was a cinch after having down it without instructions. Good luck.
