What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I have to tell you I just keep coming back to this one dkaym. Every detail works so well together. I love the fabrics. I love how you've placed them. I LOVE that fussy center. The outer QSTs are inspiring. This is the best March Economy block I've seen. So very very pretty!

It looks absolutely perfect to me. But then I am so taken with the beauty that I could see a boo boo if I wanted to.

Thank you, It turned out well, but I had my doubts - I cut the last round of triangles a bit too big, my calculations for them were off since I wanted to have the larger block rather than the 7" block, but I liked the split pieces. Any way I cut too big, which was good and then trimmed it down.

OH, Deb, I so admire your quilting - Some day maybe, I might be half as good as you are. Could you contact me at my normal email. I'd like to find out if you quilt for others and what's involved. I have several big tops that are done but I've been putting off anything else with them because I'm learning to quilt but not really happy with my progress. And at this point having very little time to quilt, I prefer piecing. kmulln3@msn.com would love to talk with you about quilting.

Thank you. But honestly I took advantage of a fat quarter bundle for this one. So all the fabrics are part of the same line and perfectly coordinated.

Thank you both. I'm loving all the creativity I see with everyone's blocks. They're all so different. It's great to see.
