What materials did you use? bits & pieces collected along the journey of the quilt

What are you most proud of? that I finally finished it (had a hard couple of months) Looking forward to completing this quilt with FMQ - Leah Day's class so excited !!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't compare yourself with the others. Half way through the year I wished I had picked other colors especially when looking at the other projects posted , but now that the top is completed I am so glad that I stuck to the colors I liked because after all it's MY quilt and style and that's OK

I like your colors, truly one of a kind. I enjoyed see the other color combinations that were presented for the class. Really gets your imagination going!!

I'm a sucker for anything periwinkle. Adorable butterfly! Did you not love learning how to paper piece? It opens up a whole new world of blocks, doesn't it?
