What materials did you use? some materials from other projects and a few new fat quarters. I call it scrappy

What are you most proud of? That I actually finished it.. I am not a "quilt by hand" person, so I opted for the machine quilting. It is mostly all quilt "in the ditch" or following the seam lines or shape of the block.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just relax and have fun. be prepared to rip out a few times and start over. I am new at quilting and I have learned a lot of methods with this project.

This is so pretty! I love the scrappy look, it's cheerful, but not too busy-looking, and the solid blue on the back really showcases your quilting stitches. You've definitely inspired me to go ahead and try this class...thanks so much for sharing your lovely quilt!

Very nice job finishing this up. I'm sure this quilt will be well-used and loved! I'm hoping to complete mine in the next month or so. ;-)

Love your quilt! I posted my quilt top - I have yet to quilt it - Trying to determine how to do it. seeing your stitch in the ditch results hs helped me to decide. Hope mine turns out as good as yours!
