What was your inspiration?

Aqua and brown love the combo and find it very refreshing like an emeral sea.

What are you most proud of?

I finished the quilt top now just need to sandwich and quilt.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Stretch yourself and look at blocks outside of your comfort zone. Experiment.

Your colors and variations on the blocks are amazing. The quilt looks fantastic. What quilt shops do you go to in Kona. I will be there in April on a cruise. Would love to shop for some fabric.

Mostly I shop online but there is a great shop in the old industrial area which I do not know the name of. It is hard to find as it between a couple of buildings. She has the best selection of oriental fabrics anywhere.
