So different looking from the busy Terrain fabric. These colors have a very calming effect.

Thanks, Penny - the flower in the center is from the fabric that inspired the color choices - I'm hoping to have enough of it for the sashing & borders.

Is that a Westie I see? How much does your dog like testing a quilt's comfort level? Mine's in charge of comfort quality control when he get a chance to lay on one.

Yes, that is a picture of my old westie called Benjy. Mackenzie (also a westie) has taken over the task of quilt tester. He is involved from the very start and is often found lying in my fabric stash.

Thanks - I found out that anyone who would work with 1/2 " hexies is nuts - I only did three but still felt fumble fingered
