Instructions

With a size 10mm hook I crocheted a chain of 90 and joined it to crochet in the round being careful not to twist the chain. I dc around & join. Chain 2 and dc around for 5 rounds or rows joining at the end of each row maintaining 90 stitches. I cut 90 pieces of fringe and atatched them to one side and it's done.
