What was your inspiration?
A friend commissioned this cake topper for her husband's birthday cake. I sculpted Bobbly Drew from modelling chocolate and fondant using photos as references. While I didn't make a cake, I got the general idea after watching the Mike McCarey's video, and also how to use various angles of person's face as reference. I also learned how to make modelling chocolate from watching Lauren Kitchen's video.
What are you most proud of?
My friend recognised the resemblance to her husband, so I'm very pleased. In addition, her 3-year old niece and her husband's best mate also recognised him. That's the best compliments.
