What are you most proud of? This is the first time I have modified a pattern so the outcome was a different product. Took a few times to get it right, but learnt a few things along the way.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Instructions The bunting is based on Heathers (JustCrochet) design JC05A, found at www.justcrochet.com/justcrochet-site8_023.htm The bonnet uses the free pattern from www.freevintagecrochet.com/baby-patterns/star130/crocheted-booties-and-cap-set2 Started this project to make a suit for a boy in a blue-purple yarn. After completing the yoke and starting the body, i decided to continue the body to make it a bunting. I love the body stitch. I completed the bottom on the bunting by doing a row of sc, a row of trebles and then 4 rows of dc. Finished off with a row of shells and fed though ribbon to give it a nice shape.

This is a great idea. I have made many long sweaters but never thought to make a bunting. Thanks for the idea.
