How did you use the Cognac? I've never tasted it with blueberries. How was it? Very pretty top.

The recipe I used called for 1 to 2 tablespoons of Cognac to be mixed with the sugar and flour. I used the 2 tablespoons and thought it was a subtle, but nice, flavor addition.

I added a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of Saigon Cassia Cinnamon and dash of salt.
