My opinion: VERY easy shawl! Works up fast. Is good mindless crochet. I used a worsted weight yarn even though the pattern designer used a sport-weight in her sample. It's a very easy pattern to adapt to any yarn. Also, I didn't "get" the crab stitch edging until I saw this video a couple times.
