Love it...but I am not so savey with a sewing machine so I am learning how to do this too. I have an old singer form 70s. I have some green hairy cotton wool I want to ad but when I zig zag or plain stitch it ruins the hairs...I think I will hand sew to keep the hairs.

Very nice! To keep the hairs, just lengthen the stitch length to the max.
