THX!!! for the flower the flower is based on Jessica's fantasy flower, but I used a peony cutter

what cutter u used to make stripe?

04/09/2013 Flag

hi Naureen, sorry I didn't answer earlier. I used Jessica's method teached at "simple and clean cake design" ... I used a razor blade to cut the stripes :-)

oh and in my other project (the grey chevron) I used my kitchenAid pasta attachment. but those blue stripes are ways bigger, so I couldn't use the pasta attachment but had it to cut by hand.

Now I'm really impressed! Glutine free, no less. I dicovered in Jan. this year that no more wheat for me! I have been dairy free now for over 25 years. Which got me going in the buisness as my grand daughter needed a cake. No wheat flour has been tough for me.
