What was your inspiration?
I made a pass-through scarf years ago using a traditional pattern. I always liked the idea. I dreamed up this pattern using Debbie Bliss's super-soft cotton yarn, and knew it would look great on my niece L. I called it Blooms in her honor, because she loves flower arranging, and I thought it looked like a bunch of posies.
What are you most proud of?
Figuring out how to put all the elements together...the ruffly edges, the pass through, and brioche stitch for the body.
