Thank you very much! I am behind in the Craftsy BOM, these blocks are for a BOM from my quilt shop in town. I really like how they are turning out. July's block is not posted, but it happens to be my favorite so far, in fact, I am currently working on doing more with different fabric for a bigger quilt!

I want to do something like that. I want to take a common block and make it different as many ways as I can. I think that could be an interesting project.

I love scrappy quilts. They almost always find their way in "togetherness". :)

These are very nice and the sashing with corner detail will bring the blocks together very nicely. I look forward to seeing the finished quilt in due course.

I love sampler quilts. My eye catches that beautiful blue pinwheel in the bottom left corner. Great color combo.

Oh, fun! I love the challenges of making each block unique. Will this be a Civil War quilt?

I don't think it has a particular theme to it. The lady at my local quilt shop that is doing it has just picked out some random blocks, but when it is all said and done it really looks very nice. I love the opportunity to learn new techniques, and also making only one block of each pattern allows me the experience of knowing if I like it enough to make more of that kind.
