What are you most proud of?

Getting caught up! This pic does not include the Dresden blocks (they missed the photo op--but will catch the next pic!!). I am working on the August blocks in August!! Finally---I feel caught up. I take way too long picking out he fabric. I make myself crazy---but it is my favorite part.

Thanks, DeltaQuilter. Hopefully, August blocks will be completed this week....what happened to the weekend?!?! It flew by and I did not get to touch my machine!

So glad you like it. August blocks are cut out and ready to be put together....and have been for over a week. Life is getting in the way of quilting;)

Diane....by the way, I noticed we are both signed up for similar knitting and crocheting classes. I just started the Knit Lab---never knitted in my life but really want to learn. I started the first class tonight and felt like all thumbs. I was able to get the casting on ok, but after that, was challenged. Tell me this is normal! I am not giving up. (I crocheted in high school another life ago and hope that comes back to me!). I am going to follow you and get inspiration ;)

Great job! The blocks look wonderful and the color choices are very nice...I take longer picking out the fabric, too!!

Thanks so much. Fabric selection......I can plan a quilting day and literarily not get beyond deciding on the fabric! It's crazy!! Lol !

Thanks, Geri. I am trying to keep a color scheme going here. I just found a gorgeous fabric for the boarder and back that should pull it all together. Fingers crossed.

Love how you carried some of the same colours through most of you blocks. Nice modern look.
