I love those corner stones in the sashing. Is it very difficult to do it precisely?

Not if you do it correctly, by measuring the strips exactly the same as the blocks, sewing all the vertical first and then making long strips with the corner stones attached, pressing the seems away from corner block. Then they nestle into the vertical sashing strips. Wish I could show pictures for you, but you might find a tutorial on YouTube!
