Using the blocks from the block of the month class. I think instead of 20 different blocks, I'll make 2 each of 10 blocks. It's for an 11 year old boy and we all know how fussy they can be. He's a big Atlanta Falcon fan so that explains the Falcon theme.

Oh yes, definately I would just use the red thread on the back and the front. Have you seen my pillow that I made out of the hexis? click on my picture and follow me then see my projects. in the open spaces on your hexis, you have room for some fmq skills. I just used a simple stipple and it made it look awesome. I see that in your blocks as well. maybe a feather or something. then in the sashing spaces a design also. It will look great on the backside in red. I can't wait to see what you do come up with. If you didnt want red on the front, I would say invisible on the front, and red on the back. that would tie in all the red on the front to the back. It would be a reversable quilt. design on front and on back. Have fun with it, and any suggestions for me are welcome also.
