What materials did you use? Fat Quarters, in Blues, yellows and white, with a little bit of red.

What are you most proud of? I really like the look of the Balkan Puzzle and the Hexi-blocks. I would like the look of a whole quilt of different Hexi-block pictures, but I really don't like sewing the darn hexi-blocks.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I just started this block on May 1st, because when the class started, I didn't have a sewing machine. I did 8 blocks in 4 days, So if you are starting late you can totally jump into the class and catch up. Watch the videos more than once. I have watched each one several times, and each time there is something new that I didn't catch the last time I watched the videos. These videos are really great, and helpful.

You're right about blue and yellow together and I would never thought of using the red. It's great!
