What are you most proud of? The fact that I am doing this just weeks after having hand surgery. I am basically doing these blocks with one hand ! I am challenging myself to not give up on my quilting during my recovery & physical therapy which will take about a year before I will have full use of my right hand again!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? If I can do it with one hand then maybe someone else with limited physical ability might see that they too can give it a try. So go ahead and challenge yourself.

gee thanks, it took some creative methods for sure. Good points are that I have learned how to take advantage of some great built in tools on my Janome sewing machine.

Quilting with one had I am so Happy to get this March block complete. Foundation piecing is quite easy with one hand. I just love this method. Physical Therapy is progressing, quilting is so rewarding I can say Wow I did that !
